  Details about conclusion of contract, payment and delivery

    We confirm your order by e-mail immediately (usually within a day). Only with this confirmation the contract is concluded.

    If it should exceptianally occure that a game is not available we will notify you instead.

  Right of withdrawal

    According to BGB (Civil Code) you have got a right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery.

    Besides that our terms and conditions are valid for all orders. They also contain details about the right of withdrawal.
